I am a sound and performance maker interested in liveness, collaboration, and creative technologies.

I create solo ambient music under the name alone-a, and drum in Twin Cities bands The Controversial New ‘Skinny Pill’ and GWEN. I’ve also performed as part of Egg Girl Girl, Bella Yaga and Tony Peachka.

I was a core company member of Umbrella Collective from 2017-2022. My performance work has been shown at Red Eye Theater, Bryant Lake Bowl, Bedlam Theater, and LALA FESTIVAL.

I’m based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and currently work at Arts Midwest as their Communications Officer. Before that, I led marketing and communications at The Cedar Cultural Center and at the now-closed Bedlam Theater.
